Stanley John Winston Lennon (Liverpool, UK, October 9, 1940 – † New York, USA, December 8, 1980) was a British musician and composer.
Member and founder of The Beatles, where he played guitar, sang and composed much of the material with his partner Paul McCartney. Lennon has composed some of the most popular tunes of the twentieth century.
Born during World War II, his father was a sailor, Alfred Lennon, and his mother was Julia Stanley. Like his father traveled a lot, Julia was lonely, so I ended up divorced. Read the rest of this entry »
Paul McCartney

Sir James Paul McCartney (Liverpool, June 18, 1942). British singer-songwriter who rose to fame as a member of the legendary quartet “The Beatles”.
With John Lennon, a fellow of The Beatles, formed one of the most influential songwriting partnerships of contemporary music, writing together an extensive list of issues too well.
