These days, the Jonas Brothers are working separately. Each one is dedicated to personal projects, but the rest period does not mean to stop making news.

The brothers have just won two awards that insurance would not be expected. One of them came from the British magazine New Musical Express, which has chosen as the worst band of the year.

Young people were deserving of this disgraceful appointment due to his latest album, entitled Lines, Vines and Trying Times.

As if that was not enough, also received other recognition, which do not have to be proud. This is the Razzie Award, popularly known as the anti-Oscar, and this time been regarded as the worst actors of 2009.

This band comprised of brothers Kevin Jonas, Joe Jonas and Nick Jonas, born in New Jersey, USA.

The story of this incredible success began when Nick is heard in a barber shop by a man who then recommended him to a businessman who would listen. Soon, this young man glistened on Broadway where he performed in several plays.

In 2002 with the song “Joy to the World (a Christmas Prayer)” began to take shape the success of the band under the hand of the Jonas Brothers.

In 2003, a theme created by Nick owned called “Dear God” reached the ears of who was then president of Columbia Records, but despite the promise to release an album that never materialized, although the disc if it was recorded.
In 2005 he was called by the new president of the label he had heard the material that never saw the light and although it was not really to their liking was fascinated with the voice of Nick.

The first name of the band was “Sons of Jonas” but ultimately chose the name by which we know them today.
The band’s first album was called “It` s about time. ”

In 2007 they released their album called Jonas Brothers that was a huge success, leading them to have their own TV show on the Disney Channel called Jonas Brothers: living the dream, which, could be seen rehearsing or writing songs ( was a kind of reality show).
